Sanshiras approach to real estate is shaped by a background in business law and a genuine interest in how people live. Growing up in the close-knit community of Fort Saskatchewan and later settling in Edmonton taught her the value of clear communication, trust, and showing up consistently — principles that guide how she works with clients today. Through her work as a Creative Director, she’s developed a strong eye for visual storytelling and thoughtful presentation, helping homes stand out in a way that feels natural and true to the space.
She believes buying or selling a home should feel supported and considered, not rushed or transactional. By taking the time to understand each client’s lifestyle, priorities, and next chapter, she creates a process that feels calm, clear, and tailored from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys reading, creative projects, and crafting delicious cocktails. Interests that mirror how she views homes: as places meant to be lived in, shared, and enjoyed. She works best with people who value honesty, good communication, and a thoughtful approach to finding or selling a home that truly fits.
