About Tito

Tito graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor’s degree in  Sports Management. His passion was to help people overcome challenges.
Tito’s experience of working with small and big companies over the past 15 years has allowed him to embark on a journey of entrepreneurship. Tito worked with the Toronto Raptors, sick kids hospital and  Prior to Opening Royal Cachet Realty,  Tito has gained over 10 years of banking experience with TD  BANK prior to real estate.  This allowed Tito to grow in the mortgage field, learning in depth what is required to assist a client to  complete the transaction.

At night Tito would  run a busy bar, Toronto’s Live Music Venue Coalition in the Kensington Market in Toronto.  When  Covid19 hit the entertainment business slowed down. Despite the challenges, Tito focused on changing people’s lives through real estate.  I still continue to push my career and myself to the highest standards possible.

Today, I am the Owner & broker of record for Royal Cachet Realty Ltd., Brokerage in Ontario. As a broker of record for Royal Cachet Realty, the first thing that comes to mind during every interaction is to treat people like GOLD.  Working with my clients, I offer them an open door policy, which allows both parties to openly communicate and get tasks done  in the way the clients’ want.  Prior to showing, listing or selling a property, I tend to gather all the latest information available on the specific property to ensure I provide the best value for my clients. I am available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to help my clients with all of their real estate needs.
 
Lastly, my life advice for anyone going through a rough stage in their life is to keep thinking positive and run over your challenges. You have the power to turn things around and the people who win in life are those who don’t give up. And remember every successful person has a painful story that has allowed them to push through challenges to make it to the top and live a successful life.
